The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence is recruiting for an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Coordinator

The Prevention Coordinator works within a framework of established procedures and is expected to perform the full range of applicable skills inclusive to scheduling, coordinating, planning and implementing alcohol and other drug abuse prevention services in communities throughout Tulare County.

The Prevention Coordinator is also responsible for:

• Promoting and disseminating Evidence Based alcohol and other drug prevention information throughout Tulare County

• Planning, coordinating and facilitating workshops, group meetings, training sessions and presentations

• Collaborating with community groups/school sites/other community personnel on prevention strategies as necessary
